The Nurse Practitioner said that David's ears look great - just finish out the antibiotic eardrops.
We get to stop the levsin that he's on.
AND! We're back down to TWO breathing treatments a day! This is good news because
1. We'll have more time during the day to do other things and won't have to rush home to get a breathing treatment, and
2. David can have a consistent bedtime now so hopefully he'll sleep better.
Oh! And David is now up to 27 pounds and 13 ounces. (which, btw is a two pound, four ounce gain in two weeks)
Here's a picture that David will hate me for one day:
All pooped out!!! I can't believe he can sleep like this!
I bought David one of those spiderman couches the other day! I didn't expect for him to have much of an opinion on it either way, but he LOVED it!!
I love it for two reasons - first, when it's in the couch position, it will help build his trunk muscles. Also, though, he can nap on it when it's in it's fold out position. We got rid of the blue rocker chair, so lately he's been napping on a blanket on the floor. This should be more comfortable for him!
I just love his smile, in both of these pictures.
And playing on the mat part of it - this is where he'll take his naps now.
David is walking (with assistance) so good now! Here is a video!
The occupational therapist came out and brought a big pink ball for David! It's good for stretching his back and tummy muscles. It's also good for learning to balance better! He wasn't too sure about it.
He says "WHAT are you doing?!?"
Then we rolled it back and forth!
This was during his nap this morning - his first nap on the spiderman couch!
